For nearly two decades, Caroline held influential C-level roles in Las Vegas, steering transformative change at esteemed organizations such as Aid for AIDS of Nevada, Cash America, and Make-A-Wish. Notably, as President and CEO of Make-A-Wish Southern Nevada, she orchestrated substantial year-over-year fundraising growth and forged impactful relationships, including securing donated space for The Wishing Place—a haven for Wish Kids and their families.
Caroline's leadership at Cash America, Inc. extended to leading the Community & Government Affairs division, showcasing her prowess in the for-profit sector. In this capacity, she not only fostered innovation but also expanded the company's community footprint while establishing partnerships with over 25 nonprofits.
Acknowledged with accolades like In Business Top 40 Under 40 and UNLV Lee Business School Alumni of the Year, Caroline also earned her MBA from University of Nevada Las Vegas.

Beyond her professional journey, a year-long solo travel expedition in 2022 inspired her to share her experience with other executives so they too can embrace work-life balance, emphasizing its role in unlocking insights, navigating change, and self-discovery.

Beyond leadership, Caroline enjoys long walks with her rescued Bichon mix, Stella, traveling, spending time with family and friends and whipping up culinary creations. She loves photography especially capturing the love between humans and their dogs!
